Latest Monthly statistics from the Assuring Transformation collection and MHSDS collection

Data are reported by both quinary age and single year age band and gender at GP Practice level, Clinical Commissioning Group, STP, NHS England Region and NHS England Commissioning Region. We also publish this at Lower Super Output Area (LSOA) but not split by quinary ages. This is a monthly snapshot taken from the GP Payments system maintained by NHS Digital.

Information about the GP workforce in General Practices, including by type, gender, and age. Includes information on the numbers and details of the GP workforce for England, Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs) and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).

This publication reports information from the CSDS. This is a patient-level dataset providing information relating to NHS-funded community services. These services can include health centres, schools and mental health trusts. The data collected includes personal and demographic information, diagnoses including long-term conditions and childhood disabilities and care events plus screening activities. Statistics are published as experimental and data is shown at provider level and at a national/all submitter's level also.

This publication provides the most timely statistics available relating to NHS funded secondary mental health, learning disabilities and autism services in England. This information will be of use to people needing access to information quickly for operational decision making and other purposes. These statistics are derived from submissions made using version 4.1 of the Mental Health Services Dataset (MHSDS). This edition includes performance statistics for October 2020.

Provisional monthly HES

Publication of adult acute mental health patients being treated outside their provider of usual treatment in October 2020. Statistics are presented nationally and at regional, sustainability and transformation partnership (STP) footprint, clinical commissioning group (CCG) and provider level.

Indicator reporting mortality at hospital trust level across the NHS. This indicator is produced on a monthly basis and gives an indication for each non-specialist acute hospital trust in England whether the observed number of deaths within 30 days of discharge from hospital was higher than expected, lower than expected or as expected when compared to the national baseline.

The NHS complaints procedure is the statutorily based mechanism for dealing with complaints about NHS care and treatment and all NHS organisations in England are required to operate the procedure. This quarterly collection is a count of written complaints made by (or on behalf of) patients, received between 1 April 2020 - 30 June 2020 (Q1) and 1 July 2020 - 30 September 2020 (Q2). Data is published at national, regional and organisational levels for HCHS secondary care organisations.
